cannt eanble acc it return to disabled

I have mb GB /mA78lm-s2 and Phenom II x3 720. everytime I set Acc to enabled it tske -2 as default value when iI save & reset I t return to disabled. I tried for each core or all cores its the same. I only could set it to disabled or auto/ I didnt overClocked anything yet I set alll values to normal. so how I enable it and what value should I set it to be. & how does this affect on oc??.
