overclock q8200 help

hey guys

 

i need help overclocking my q8200

 

my motherboard is the nforce 790i ultra sli, so i set my rated FSB to 1800 and left my memory at stock 1333. I set my voltages to,

 

1.33750 for cpu core

1.40 for the FSB

1.60 for the memory

1.45 for the SPP

 

everything else is untouched and i get a stable overclock. i want to get my cpu to 3.5ghz, but then i chane my rated FSB from 1800 to 2000 and bump up the vcore voltage to 1.45 the cpu will not run prim 95 for a sec but will work without any load for hours.

 

Any help guys??
