need help in OC a q9450

I have these specs

CPU - Intel Core 2 Quad Q9450

Cooler - NH-U12P

Mobo - Gigabyte X48T-DQ6

RAM - OCZ PC12800 2Gb Platinum Enhanced Bandwidth DDR3 (2x1Gb)

Graphic - Gigabyte ATI Radeon HD 4870 (in crossfire)

 

and i intend to buy 2 more gigs of RAM.

 

I wanted to OC the cpu to a stable speed like 3.2 or 3.33 and i just wanted to know (because i'm a complete noob on this) what are your opinions? if i should oc it or not... All foruns and benchmarks i read told that at those speeds the cpu would do fine and wouldnt heat.

The problem is that i don't know where to tweak things right, like if i choose 3.33 what FSB should i have and what core voltage should be fine. Another thing is that i don't know if by touching the cpu i should also do something with the RAM?

 

Also (dunno if its important or not) i'm uploading the sensor test and XS benchmark i got with these specs i got now without oc or anything.
