Hi thanks - that's an informative article and i got alot out of it - unfortunatly putting it into practice didn't do anything to help my FSB so what ive done is run a stable 369.4 FSB (the highest it will go) and tightened my memory timings right up and i think this is all im going to be able to squeeze out of this board short of putting LN2 on it.

 

Looks like EVGA X58 SLI CLASSIFIED, Core i7 here i come
