4850 overclocking issues

Ok, so I have several issues when overclocking my Powercolor HD4850 PCS+ 1GB

 

First and foremost, are there any possibilities to go beyond the bios limit of 1.158v without hardmodding?

 

Secondly, I would like to know if any owners of this specific card have managed to overclock it pretty high, since it's very hard for me to go beyond 700/1000, and I've seen a lot 4850 owners who went way beyond that (yeah I know that not all cards are the same when it comes to overclocking but mine seems a bit weak apparently)

 

Finally, does changing voltage through CCC profile really works?
