Freezer XTREME Rev. 2

I was just wondering if anyone on the forums had any experience with this heatsink and if so was it a good experience or a bad one?

 

It was recommended that I get it from my roommate who did a lot of research as did I.

 

I've seen other heatsinks be recommended. If anyone has had this heatsink before please post your thoughts and how well it cooled when overclocking.
