How do I set my fan speeds to auto?

I ahve the Antec 900 case and I have all the little fan switches on Medium now. But id like them on auto, so when under more stress they go up to high, and when on low stress or idling they go to low.

There isn't an auto switch on the fans in the 900. But I was wondering a little while back if it was possible to wire fan connectors to the fans instead of the 3 way switch, so I could connect it to the motherboard as a chassis fan

you can get a fan controller that has temperature sensors and adjusts the speed accordingly
