Renigade Posted March 5, 2009 Posted March 5, 2009 Is the the Swiftech MCP655 the best of the water pumps? How does it compare with the Aqua Computer Aquastream XT Ultra USB Eheim or the Innovatek Eheim HPPS? :EDIT for either AMD or Itell based systems with multiple GPU's. hardnrg Posted March 5, 2009 Posted March 5, 2009 Swiftech MCP655 = Laing D5 Vario It's one of the best pumps you can get, I personally think Laing pumps are the best for PC watercooling, certainly better than Aqua/Innovatek and more sensible than industrial strength Iwaki pumps
DLS2008 Posted March 5, 2009 Posted March 5, 2009 From what I've seen around here, it's almost unanimous that the Swiftech MCP655/Laing D5 Vario is the best choice. Seems like everyone who's anyone uses it in there loop.

hardnrg Posted March 5, 2009 Posted March 5, 2009 The Laing DDC-1T is possibly even better than the D5. It's quite close and depends on your set up as to which will give better performance. There's not all that much difference between them though, performance wise, and either will handle multiple blocks quite easily
