Those 8400's will almost certainly do 4GHz on a decent board.

 

It's a Gigabyte P45. That's all I know as my Dad bought most of the parts while I was away at college so I could assemble the rigs over winter break. If my memory is correct, I think the P35/45 NB series can hit 500+ FSB, right? If so, getting the E8400 up to 4+ should be relatively easy.
