Anyway I was mugging some ocz pc 3200 platinum ram 2x1gb sets on newegg, and was also checking out my manual and my current dfi board is only suppose to allow a maximum of ddr 400 yet I am running ddr 500 ram(which overclocks terribly!!) which is a set of ocz gold pc 4000 3-4-4-8. My question is with the tighter timings of the platinum ram+ overclocking headroom would it make sense to buy the platinum sticks and then sell the gold in hopes of a faster rig? I was thinking of going to 4gb and Was debating between just getting 2gb more of ocz gold or do a complete change over to pc 3200 which would require 2 sets and more $$$$ Thanks Share this post Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
