Help deciding NB cooler for my mobo!!

Hey guys. I have this board (LANPARTY DK P35-T2RS) and wanted to replace the heatsink on the northbridge (IP35).

 

I use a Tuniq tower and just need something relatively low profile (i'll try and get measurements from board to bottom on tuniq tomorrow) that will help me with my temps.

 

I'm hoping I can push this cpu to at least 3.4 sometime. I haven't touched my CPU voltage yet though...

 

So what is it fellas...unless I can get away with 50-56c NB temps (what's dangerous ?) should I invest in cooler?

 

Edit: Also, should I make another, seperate post about whether I should buy some Noctua fans to put into my case?
