dejv Posted February 26, 2008 Posted February 26, 2008 i got alother 250 hard disk and i was thinking of connecting it as raid 0 is it possible to create a partition of 50 gigs on one hd and create another 50gigs on another hd and create raid on them ? Sharp Posted February 26, 2008 Posted February 26, 2008 You have to create the RAID array on the drives first. So all 250GB + 250GB will be one big array. (500GB). Then you use it as a normal drive, create your partitions... You cannot RAID together partitions as the whole idea of RAID is so that the drives act as one.
