It seemed like it was sucking just enough power to turn on the case fans. The LED in the PSU was barely lit, and the fan was spinning at an extremely slow speed. That is funny . you do know that unless you cycle the power switch after unplugging the PSU the thing can still seriously knock the heck out of you.. Its the capacitors in the PSU that hold the charge.. and sometimes for quite a while..is why sticker says only to be opened by service personnel.
