thanks but i thought this was triple channel memory. I'm using the compatible list here http://www.gigabyte.com.tw/FileList/Memory...ga-x58a-ud7.pdf what does the triple channel column represent? As for the 930 and 940 i again am going on the compatibility list i found on the board. If i go with the ud7 board it only shows the 940 as being compatible. Please advise.

Please help. I see everybody still running raid on SSD's even though TRIM is not supported. Is it really worth it? How long before i would see the effects of no TRIM. I'm a gamer.

Sorry if i sound stupid i am a noob at this. But if I'm using a i5 750 the bus speed can only reach 1333mhz without OC so that would mean i would have to OC to get the bus at 1600mhz Right? -
Im gonna be building this rig and i want to know if i need to do any cooling for my memory? I plan to OC to 1600 with my i5 750 Intel Core i5 750 LGA 1,156 socket with Swiftech Apogee XT Extreme Mother Board GA-P55-UD6 VideoCard 2 ATI HD Radeon 5850 crossfire with 2 DD-Summit Block Hardrive Seagate Barracuda 7200.12 Memory [ Ripjaws ] F3-12800CL7D-4GBRM Microcool Banchetto 101 Clear Modular Case

I'm also going to xfire my 5850's. My question is can you have to much power? I was just thinking of getting 1000w just to cover myself for any additions later on.

After doing my research i was under the impression i could clock faster speeds running xfire 5850 than one 5970. Plus this is my first build with water cooling so I want to spend less in case of a meltdown
