  1. Oh, one more thing, which of these cards are best/most stably run on SLI/Crossfire.
  2. Thanks for all the replies and info guys. So, if I'm understanding correctly, and from the specs I've seen on both cards, the 660ti is the better card for rendering, where as the 7950 would be the better card for gaming? What I'm looking for overall is a strong all arounder for a good price. The 7950 black is about the same price as the 660ti DirectCU2, if maybe a 20-40 dollar difference. Personally that's not a difference I think is worth sacrificing performance over. So, it really comes down to which is the better card for everything I need. If I have to sacrifice a little bit of rendering time to get a better game performance, personally, I'm okay with that. But, it seems everyone with personal experiences to these cards or similar are pointing towards the AMD card. Anyone else have some feedback/opinions? As I'll be getting this card in the two weeks to a month. Thanks, guys!

  4. Here goes nothin'... ASUS P8P67 Deluxe i5 2500k 4 x 4GB Corsair Vengeance Nvidia 7200 series... 1TB WD Caviar Black Apevia Lightning 680W Xigmatek Dark Knight Cooler HP DVDRW NZXT Phantom 23" HP LCD Sony 5.1 via Optical I think it's pretty obvious what the weak point is here...
  5. Oh trust me. I know. I've done all the research. I've test driven the mkVI GTI 7 or 8 times. Had all the aftermarkets planned and everything, but then things got in the way. Apr is secks though.
  6. Hey, it still puts the power to the ground better than front wheel! But I hear ya. Subies awd is pretty great. Hah, that's exactly it. Pre '02 is pretty damn cheap.
  7. Eh, there are some douches who drive audis, won't deny that. Usually only used pre 2002 a4's on 20's. every time I see a bimmer it's some form of butthole behind the wheel. Hey, the golf R is everything the hot GTI should be, it sits right along side the scirocco, but the scirocco has the looks. IMO
  8. Yeah, that. Sorry, not a huge bimmer fan. Douchemobiles IMO
  9. If I get stationed in Europe at some point. This is happening. Another rwd hatch^
  10. Also, they don't really look right as a hatch...it looks so forced, almost botched together. You can tell it was a coupe to start.
  11. The true m1 I haven't seen in the states. Im not sure it's sold here, but they're super nice. true drivers car. they also come with a super nice car price tag, and not a whole lot of equipment base, even with a nasty price tag.
  12. From what I understand, the clock speeds on the card are some of the most important things to rendering when it comes to gpus. Most rendering and encoding has a lot to do with the CPU it's self, but a quality gpu will help. Any of these cards should help bolster rendering, so I'm really looking for comparison on more general terms To get an idea of the overall performance value of the cards themselves, rather than specifically with rendering video. I'm usually running cs6 master versions of after effects and premiere.
  13. Not sure, just know its a sexy ducktail bolt on. That thing looks so good with all the color matched flares and such. Love that scheme. All the badges blacked out...mmmm. Well, I apologize to her, then. I didn't know. I'd rather have both in one; or everything in one. Practicality, economy, looks, performance, quality...and I like hot hatches . That's why I want either a MkVI or an A3 S-Line. If I were to build a challenger it'd be a 1970 challenger. The newer ones look decent, but nothing compared to the original, especially a classic R/T.
