How do they Log temps? what type of time increments? or just Spikes? which is the more versatile of the 2 as far as Logging temps? and If I have to Pay for a Good Temp monitor (if a better software is available for $) I will shell the cash.. This is a NEED for me not just a simple curiosity or want. My lap top sits in a truck 6-9 hours a day in Central FLA's 90 degree temps and an avarage humidity of 70.. I keep a bucket of Damp Rid taped to the stand just below the Laptop.

Looking for a MoBo for that price? or a MoBo and CPU combo? what other components do you have to go with this or are in mind?

Is there a temp monitor I can use that will log temps for me? I want to make sure it is not getting to hot while in my service truck here in central FLA. The laptop stand tray has 2 80mm fans on it, but I want to make sure that Temps are not spiking. I just had to send it bac to ACER to get Mobo replaced and I want to make sure that if the MoBo went because of high temps that it will not happen again...

I have just gotten my Laptop back from ACER. They replaced the MoBo. When I sent it to them, I put a sticky on it asking them NOT to install any Virus Software because I had my own. and they did anyways... Norton...seeing as this is a fresh install what is the best method to cleanly un-install Norton from Win Vist Home Prem? Should I use a reg cleaner after UNinstall? or does it really matter? All I use this laptop for is business. it stays in the truck on a laptop stand in sleep mode until I need to change or add to customer information scan or print receipts or invoices.. Once its clean I will be installing MS Office 2010, MS Mappoint, Quickbooks Pro 2010, and QB Customer Manager 2.5 Desktop. Printer and receipt scanner and then Acronis so I can Clone the Drive. Any thoughts? Suggestions?

I am wondering if it is a problem with comcast mail? because when i tried to register this username it would not take my other 2 comcast addresses either. it did the same thing..."nothing"

Does or has anyone used the Enermax Apollish 120 Fans? I plan on using 4 of them in my temporary HTPC case Antec 900 LOL. Just untill i can find a HTPC case that will suit my needs. Just wondering if anyone that has used them can tell me how they liked then and if they had any problems. Thanks in advance Renigade

Been away from my gaming rig for a bit. Sold my Sapphire 2GB VaporX 4870 6 months ago and now my friends are bugging me to get Starcraft 2. So I need a new vid card and have a budget of $200 My old azz rig: Gigabyte 790X DS4, AMD 9850BE, 3X Seagate 500gb ST3500320AS-32MB, 8 gigs of OCZ fatal1ty PC2 8500, BFGtech 650w, Hauppauge WinTV HVR 1600 etc etc, side note Though I will game from time to time this machine will mostlikely move from the Antec 900 case its in to a HTPC case and be used for a DVR most of the time.
