OK after looking at different options have found this as speakers .... any good? I know they meant to be good quality studio speakers... M-Audio or M-Audio Bottom one seems like good value for money to be used with pc and ipod dock

I personaly like having PSU at top of the case as hot air rises. Also if PSU is at the bottom heat from it will rise up and go past your mobo + components which will get hotter as well

What you mean by upside down ?? Are you talking about having it at top and facing down vs at bottom of the case facing up

I've been looking into getting watercooling but only want gpu and cpu cooled by water. Wonder if those sort of NB heatsinks actually work.....also these Mosfet heatsinks
