  1. i7-860 ASUS GTX 295 Gigabyte P55-UD3P Intel X25-V 40GB Coolermaster CM690 4GB DDR3 1600 Patriot Viper-2 I would most likely swap out my 7200rpm HDD to a SSD at the same time. Saves me opening up the case twice.
  2. +1 on the X8, it also has a left and right tilting scroll wheel which works a treat when dealing with large PDF's for example.
  3. I'm not too familiar with pounds, but the build looks fine, I would just consider getting a more updated video card rather than use the 4850 which is coming on 3 years old now.

    Gran Turismo 5

One of my favourite cars in GT2 was the Escudo. That thing literally flew. Also, does anyone remember the special scratch n' sniff GT2 disc?

    Gran Turismo 5

Loved the endurance races. What I did was play a couple hours then pause the Playstation overnight and resume the game the next day. Cheating I suppose, but it worked

    Gran Turismo 5

One of the primary reasons that I have a PS3 also is to play Gran Turismo 5. Albeit I have been slightly humored, with the Prologue of course
  7. An hour? didn't you notice a FPS drop or something; the cards are meant to downclock at temps like that if I remember correctly.

    Gran Turismo 5

I was lined up to get GT5 on Nov 5, but now it has come to my attention that we will all be waiting till Dec 31 for this one. I hope there will be no more delays as I am getting rather frustrated that I can't play Gran Turismo goodness.
  9. if you're not already aware, MSY Technology are without doubt one of the cheapest retail stores in Aus. That is, if you have not already looked there.
  10. That is one very nice open test bench design. As I initially thought, stability could be an issue and that is addressed. Nice review though
  11. All I know is the red one is a Ford Ka.
  12. Not that I know half of these, nor can you see much of them, but worth a try. \ EDIT: Just noticed this was my 1000th post too
