Okay I udated the BIOS to 7/28/2006 version from the link above. After the update I set the BIOS to "load optimized defaults" then exit and reboot. Then I went back to BIOS to verify that my scsi raid drive is set as the boot drive in " Hard Disk Boot Priority". But still the same results. Allright this seems weird , everything seems to startup normally but the system will restart between the transition from the Windows loading screen to the logon screen. I don't get any errors: post codes or beeps, and the post code displayed when reboot occurs is "FF". It doesn't matter if I pull the scsi card and use a sata drive byitself because I get the same exact problem. The same thing happens if I use just a pata drive, by the way all 3 drives have Windows XP sp2 installed on them. I am starting to think I should just RMA the CFX3200 since all other hardware work in another AMD system (even my scsi raid card with the current raid config.)

Thanks for the help so far guys, I doubled checked the BIOS and my SCSI raid drive is set as the first boot drive in "Hard Disk Boot Priority" . I will also ugrade the Bios to the newest beta version shortly and post my results. In addition, I have double checked every thing that CPDMF suggested with no luck yet. Also I had the machine runnig memtest for about 10 hours with no errors. The cpu is overclocked and running at 3007 with 215 FSB and 1.425VID. I did to try and stress the system some and see if it would run stable.

Yes I can't get it boot with any drive (PATA, SATA, SCSI). I can't even install windows when booting from the cd. By the way, I used the 320-2e for my boot drive for 5 months now with no problems until this.

Hi everyone, I can't seem get past windows loading screen. I' have read many posts on this forum that with similar problems or instability issues. I have swaped out most hardware trying to eliminate the poblem, except CPU. I'm lost with this one. What else can I do to pinpoint my problem?
