  1. Okay, I'll give that a try after I get off of work tonight. Thanks!
  2. Not cool with it at all, just want to get my system going once again. It may be showing it's age a slight bit, but it's still a beast
  3. Hello, this is in regard to the main system listed in my sig. I recently moved and left my computer for storage with a friend. When I returned to pick it up they had removed my HDD and my video card (which they had wraped up in a dish rag)... Anyways, I drive the nearly ~400 miles to the new house. I put the video card in, borrow a HDD from a friend and... Nothing... It powers on, but there is no output from the video card. What leads me to believe it's a motherboard issue is that it doesn't work with any card I have access to (7900GTO, 7600GT, X300). The weird thing is, after not displaying anything, it displayed video for about 10 seconds, and since then it won't display anything. I believe these boards have a one year warranty (which it's still under), I'm not quite sure where to start.. making sure it's the board etc.. and if so how to go about fixing the problem, whether by RMA (if it's possible) or what. Thanks, Lunari Edit: There are no post beeps either for some reason..
  4. Connect that floppy power connector then, it's there for a reason
  5. The CPU-Z validator link I have posted doesn't show my memory timings. I haven't posted any Everest benches yet. Edit: maybe he was referring to xtw1ster I see he has HZ sticks also and lists them at 2t in his sig.
  6. Way back when, in my s754 board with my Newcastle 3000+ I had my G.Skill HZ running at ~275
  7. At boot it says 1T, also 1T in CPU-Z, where are you seeing 2T? Oh, and the RAM settings I am using I found in a review of the sticks, if you have a link to better (faster) ones, please share.
  8. CoreTemp readings: Core 0 Idle: 26c Core 1 Idle: 33c Core 0 Load: 40c Core 1 Load: 47c Kind of wierd how Core 0 is so much cooler than Core 1
  9. Ah, they were from SmartGuardian, let me go get CoreTemp and check it out. Added my 3dMark01 results also.
  10. Here are the OCDB style results I said I would post. I will update it as I download/install the programs. DFI LANPARTY UT nF4 SLI-DR (BIOS that was shipped on it.) 11. Sitting rock solid stable at 2.8Ghz currently, still at 1.34v. Running a tuniq tower, 29c idle, 38c under dual prime load. Room temp is generally around 65-70f. I got it to boot into windows at 3.0Ghz at 1.4v or so, was stable enough for use, but would fail dual prime instantly. Edit: Can't do any SuperPI testing, because for some reason even at stock speeds it would BSOD on me. Edit #2: My CPU-Z validation at my stable 2.8Ghz/1.34v http://valid.x86-secret.com/show_oc.php?id=148421
  12. The chip I ordered last week (Opty 165) was a CCBBE 0615, sitting rock solid stable 2.8Ghz at 1.34v.
  13. Decided not to really push it just yet, sitting dual prime stable at 2.7Ghz, 1.34v.
