  1. Thanks I appreciate it.. I don't really know where else to find a buyer. I don't know what I'm going to do with it, it's just sitting.
  2. Thanks for the post Steve, I always use Silverstone PSUs in my builds
  3. The title says it all, up for sale is a new in box (NIB) Silverstone Strider SST-ST60F 600W PSU. This PSU comes unopened direct from retailer complete with a 3yr warranty from the manufacturer Silverstone. I'm only asking $100 plus real shipping charges anywhere in the USA. I am PayPal verified and can provide my eBay user name with over 40 positive transactions and 100% positive feedback. Review (TechIMO): http://www.techimo.com/articles/i275.html (9/10) Review (PlanetAMD64): http://www.planetamd64.com/index.php?showtopic=15547 (4.3/5) Review (Bjorn3d): http://www.bjorn3d.com/read.php?cID=920&pageID=2277 (9/10) This PSU is in box and ready to ship, once the item is paid for a UPS tracking number will be sent and the package will go out the next day. If you have any questions at all please feel free to PM me anytime. Thanks and good luck! This is what a SST-ST60F looked like in my rig:
  4. Yes it was overclocked but nothing crazy and it had a good HSF & Fan.. It was on a generic UPS power strip.. I know nothing happened with the power over night because we left our DLP TV on and cable box.. I tried everything already up until the long CMOS reset.. I decided to try and jump the PSU instead.. Considering it seems fairly easy to do I attempted it and nothing happened when I flipped the switch on the back of the PSU.. no noises and or smells.. nothing. I have already emailed Silverstone as this PSU has a 3yr warranty.. I wasn't having any trouble with this PC nor did I change anything.. I never had a PSU just go out on me like this before.. So thanks for the help, I guess the PSU is bad.
  5. I don't know what happened but my computer just will not turn on. I had it off last night as I slept and I went to go and turn it on and I've got nothing.. The mobo LED isn't even lit up.. What could have possibly happened? Computer specs are in the signature.. tia for any time you guys put in, i'm at a total loss right now..
  6. lol they're around, i tied them up! i'll try and take a picture when I take my updates with the SI-128 installed, keep an eye out for a thread i wish, the only thing i dislike about this case is that there is no removable mobo tray  especially when I decided to take it out to install the SI-128
  7. i'd look into a new HSF. i can't tell you how happy I am with my SI-128 and Scythe 1600RPM fan. Before I was idling around 41c before and now I sit at 26c-27c idle/light duty. I'm running a X2 4400+ 2.70GHz @ 1.46V, things got quiet and cooler
  8. i'm really a fan of the Jing Ting Forcetake Offset Heatpipe Cooler Rev 2.. it seriously dropped my NB temps over the stock unit AND it's pretty quiet too. my whole systems cooling has gone through the roof while it got quieter. i have it set up to fit between an SLi setup if I get around to buying a second card.. but you can position anyway you see fit which is great for small spaces. i can't say enough good things about the Jing Ting  this is an old picture of the inside of my pc
  9. it's ok, and i appreciate you getting back to me. i purchased a SI-128 and the Scythe 120 fan i spoke of earlier. I went over the dimensions and noticed it's a bit higher then the _ _ -120 heatsinks.. I think it should fit just fine, and I'll post results when I get everything together. thanks again.
  10. i'm looking into a cooler and fan combo for my 4400+ too.. I'm now thinking about an SI-128 and a Scythe 4710KL-04W-B19-V54 120, 1600RPM, 64CFM, 27 dBA fan. I hope it can cool things down and so I can get higher then my 2.64OC what do you guys think of the SI-128? what do you suggest for a low dBA high CFM 120 fan? i want my system as loud as or less then the stock setup. which from what i read is around 48 dBA.
  11. thanks for the info guys.. i started looking into the Thermalright SI-128 and a Scythe 4710KL-04W-B19-V54 120, 1600RPM, 64CFM, and 27 dBA.. a forum member has a SI-128 on the same board with redlines.. what do you guys think of that fan, is that enough to replicate the SI-128 review results all over the net? i may even upgrade all my case 120s to that Scythe as they're all stock lian li fans.. what do u guys think?
