What are cases judge on at the lan party?

Could we drop the Benchmark and go back on subject. I am asking every one, should we or should we not do any of my sujested compititions???? PS: please add comments

I have a few ideas. 1) We should have competitions on the worst pc's (specs, benchmark...), OCed or not. 2) Custom made cases. That's rite, there would be a dead line (say the first of september?), rules.... The cases could be look from different angles, such as Looks, Air flow...... The one thing that would have to be done is that you MAKE it your self. That means no going to the local PC store, buying a cases and adding a fan and it being entered in the competitions. Since we are not all in the same place (personally, I am in the Atlantic Provinces) and some of us are in the states, it would cost hell to ship out to one place. We could ship out, or just send pics.. over the web and have judges or a general poll where we would vote for the best cases.

Not a good idea. Listen, if I ask 12++ questions a month, and I answer only 1 or 2 for some one else, then this web site becomes useless. What ever happened to free speech?

For the roof thing, won't you have problems if your cables are like 30 to 40 feet?? Wouldn't it be like a lan cable that is 100 Mb/s that's like 200 feet or more and would be SLOWER THE FURTHER YOU GO???

If I where to remake the back and the center (where the mombo is screed in), what are the dimention that I have to make it. What I mean is so that any mother board can fit the case?

I would just like to add that the virus I had was old ( 2 months) and my NORTON 2002 ANTI VIRUS WAS UPDATED.

To test your thing out, get an old 486 or Pentium 133. Its cheap, and if you kill it, big deal.

You all noted that the case is a full tower? Could I make a back end with plexiglass or shout I get some sheet medal? Can any body think of some way to take off the back with out cuting it off?

Can I take my old case and transform the back in to a ATX case???

I am new here and I am already looking for trouble. Oh, and hit me with your best shot! The Norton anti virus and Mcafee thing are worth toilette paper. Avast is the way to go!! I have seen things that Norton did not find and Avast did. Don't beleave me? Well get one of those P2P (Kazaa lite) and download every serial number thing you can find for the game BF 1942. One of those .exe has 2 virus.
