  1. There is no "official" place to change the RAM Divider, under The Genie Bios Settings change the DDR2 setting from AUTO to DDR2 400 and that will make the ram run 1:1 (even when overclocking).
  2. Oh, alright. Yeah I wasn't exactly bashing the Athlon XP-M you've got, I know it can still pull some pretty good performance; it was the video card I was most curious about and you've answered. Thanks.
  3. Hey, I know this is offtopic but when I looked at lowfat's setup I just thought "W-T-F"; You've got a V1000 LianLi Case, A "High Performance" Watercooling system, and a mCubed T-balancer; you're Canadian I see, me too and I know this stuff can cost a pretty toonie...then I look at your computer specs?! Haha, what's going on there man? Just curious. (PS. I'm talking about CPU/GPU combo, you've got a sheep in wolfs clothing.) Oh yeah, just so this isn't completely useless to this thread I'm cooling my ram the same way lowfat is, except I put the fan on some dense foam (mousepad) to cut vibration in the case, no pics.
  4. Well, I've been playing around with my board, seems I've got a "keeper"... besides some funky issues with voltage increasing? If I set DRAM to 2.2 my CPU voltage won't change at all, 2.1 it's fine. Also, I don't know why Windows 2000 still reports 3.0Ghz? I'm not familiar with this OS, it was a "rescue" install until I can get XP back on it. Memory timings are at 4-4-4-8 but they easily do 3-3-3-8, just an oversight on my part. Take a look, Link to image: http://img56.imageshack.us/img56/4425/omgwtf5cq.png For those wondering why my sig lists a Quadro FX3400 but the screenie shows an 6800 Ultra, it's because I've flashed the bios for better gaming performance.
  5. I've tried that, it seems to magically be missing, haha. There is an empty space just above Performance Mode, is that where it should be? I've got it running 1:1 now by changing DRAM type from 533 to 400, which allows me to keep 1:1 stock and in ClockGen but I'm not sure if it will work with the bios overclocking features too. Anyways, I'll try it out and get back to you. EDIT:Yep, that worked. Thanks for the help! Also, I read that Nvidia cards bite the dust when you set PCI-E to auto instead of locking it to 115mhz or so, well my Quadro FX3400 ("Professional" line of Nvidia card, roughly equivalent to a 6800 GT) seems to do fine, I have no trouble getting video output 260+ while set to auto, now booting into windows is another story, haha. Is there a way to check your PCI-E frequency while in windows when it's set to auto? Currently running my FSB at 255mhz
  6. That selection is not present using the latest BIOS for the 925X-T2 dated 2005/04/07
  7. How do you adjust the FSB: DRAM ratio on the DFI Lanparty 925X-T2 board? I don't see the option anywhere in the bios, if it's not there, why isn't it?
