Under heavy SLI Load Temp on front Vapo says - 45 to - 42 idle says - 52 in bios says mostly -25 and around -20 Under heavy SLI load. this is at 1.6 volts. i have 2 double chaek but i think that what iy said in bios, the top one on LCD screen on vapo is correct .

am at 3030 Mhz at 1.6 volts atm at 275x11 HTT x3 and 150 Divider memory at 420 mhz or something there abouts. if theres any better setting plz post them i dont mind. ram can only go upto 3.2 volts atm, 5 volt option not workingor should say not booting .. and i dont have any fans on ram atm but vapo reduces heat around the around Ram since no CPU heat . had it at 3080Mhz at 280 FSB at 1.6 volts but after 2 days now freezes in windows after 3 mins back FSB down to 275 Mhz . now at 3030Mhz... i know if i bump the volts up to 1.65 boots run fine but how does the CPU handle such volts. ram volts at 3 volts and whast the the option Start up volts in bios do and what used for ? .

I like to run this ram at 500 Mhz but Mb wont boot after i change over to the 5 volt jumper. PC & Power 850 SSI PSU

Yes am noob overclocker but after reading and trying do the right thing,i havent pushed my ram or cpu to the limint but can someone plz tell me if this safe atm. using DFI web site newist bios 280 Mhz FSB x 11 x3 n the other one gives me 1680 HTT 150 Mhz divider on DFI 3080 Mhz at 1.67 volts that is with 110% on to get that volt anything under and stops after booting. ram is at command 1T 2-3-2-8 rest kinda on auto bank inter is on also ram speed is just over 400 mhz with 3 volts might try 2.9 see if stable. ram is rated at 500 Hz at 3.3 volts, but no fan on ram atm . is it safe run 1.67 volts Vapo chill says 48 to 51 idel on lcd screeen bios says - 15 to - 16. run low settimg vid setting on 3 marks 05 and got 12750 . The below setting and exp is at 2.8 Mhz And yes BF2 demo does need 2 gigs ram mine comes next week. still tho at 1280@960 rez 32 bit medium setting in game... 16AF 4xAA transperant AA super max gamma on 99 to 40 fps the 40 fps is when u get hit by the SHELL SHOCK and screen goes blurry. BUT 99 to 80 24/7 mostly . just give idea what u can get with such rig i belive tho with max details in game and 1600@1280 rez with above setting i belive might not run as well some might say. still i tryed it with 1 gig ram and is used like 1.4 g ram and alot stuttering and Fps was at 40 to 99 mostly around 60 to 50 tho might increase once get 2 gigs ram... does Fps drop when game thrashers hard drive ? still at 1280@960 max vid setting and med setting in game with all nvidas candy on its looks so sweet. and dam it i wont Vysnc on in BF2 demo but cant get it to work vid pannel setting do nothing.

havent tryed changing the plug around incase its around the wrong way... but how do i know if i plugged in right to the MB on board USB slot...rember this not a normal usb but the one thats on the Mb uses smaller plug... anyone with vapo chill plz help. is a bios thing to turn on? or what.

Just ran bench test on me new pc running every thing stock, atm vapo chill is on and running but cant detect the usb link but cpu is saying - 25 on bio and front lcd says - 51...- 40 under heavy load. i have no idea how to OC this sucker atm:( .all my bio setting are set to optimize after i flashed with new DFi bios from there web site. And yes BF 2 does need 2 gigs rams!, cant wait for the ram i have in me sig to come next week .stutters like crazy with max setting 8x 16 X every feaking think pumped max out at 1.3 gigs :eek: runs smooth but stutters alot but havent reallyed play to much just demo and was single players only get worse on muitlplayer. i have OCZ pc 4000 VX GOLD 1 gig atm ,any help with setting and bios setting much needed. 3d marks 05 is the freebie version, i looked in setting for vid, set everything to low .

i made sig now.. me 2x BFG dont come till next week so have a new pc just sitting here atm, i have no bio onfo other then what came with board, its never been booted yet .

but that how its works tho ? what the max muiltplayer on amd 64 chip unlocked ? 4000 san diego so 1 gig stick rated at 400 mhz will run at 520 mhz ? i have 2x 512 sticks of OCZ pc 4000 VX GOLD and max about 525 mhz at 2-2-2-5 figured a 1 gig wouldnt reach 500 mhz . at most maybe 430 mhz at best with decent timmings and boost to volts. Think i should go for a pc 4000 2 x 1 gig sticks with crappy timming or stick with OCZ ? OCZ 2x 1 gigs i have listed have timming at 400 mhz 2-3-2-5 even ower lower with added volts .

I have a DFI sli-dr and 850 SSi PSU looking at OCZ Platinum PC-3200 EL Dual Channel 2Gb Kit (2x1024MB) Kit.... 400 mHz CPU is AMD 4000 sand diego running on a Vapo Chill LS I not to sure on setting, but after reading the stickys on DF -STREET, came up with this option on mutiplyers and FSB,tell if I am doing it wrong or any other thing might stop this from happening or is degrading my performace. aiming for 3GHZ to 3.1 Ghz not sure what the max unlocked muitlplyer is on this chip how works so plz forgive me noobness. 290 FSB x 11 =3190Ghz divider 3:2 193 Mhz DDR 386 mhz Thats a high clock i know and ram running lower then rated IS the FSB x 12 avaible on sandy chip 4000 ? if yes can try this 260 FSB x 12 =3120Ghz divider 5:4 208 Mhz DDR 416 Mhz This looks like a good option for starting is i can do it since ram just 16 mhz Over clock. plz if i have done anything wrong plz point it out i need help if i doing this correct . with over clock and divider setting vs performace wize and mutilplers Etc Dfi land party sli -DR not installed yet amd 4000 sand diego OCZ pc 3200 2x 1 gig sticks Platinum PC-3200 EL Dual Channel 2Gb Kit (2x1024MB) Kit.... 400 mHz 2 x BFG GTX 7800 PC& Power 850 SSI PSU 74 Raptor raqzor diamond back pc 60 li lain case

yes but what is faster PC3200 = 3200MB/s so you need to be running in Dual channel mode. DC mode = 6400MB/s. or this 500mhz at 2-2-2- just a ? thats all

with 8 connector to 4 will that give 34 amps to me mb ? the 8 connector surpose to be 2x 12 v lines at 17 amps each what if i use a diveder and split the two and use on in cpu and one as a another 12 v line. that this Psu works ? but if i use the 8 two 4 plug that makes a dual 34 amps ? sorry for all the ? but this 1st 24 pin and DFI Mb. NICE 8D ic that post bout 40 mins ago when i used search in google for 850sii and that came up one the searches LOL. am using vapo chill on me 4000 sandy dual BFG GTX 7800 no water tho and ozc pc 4000 vx gold.

Still not sure what to do here is how the 12v.. 17 amps are, each line are made up. 2 are allocated to the 8 pin connector 1 is allocated for the two PCIe power cnx 1 is allocated for everything else i just need the info and plz be clear about it coes i dont wont blow 4 k in hardware. Am gonenr list what i think i need to plug in to get power to the MB and tell what am dong wrong and what i have left out plz. 1. plug in the 24 pin to MB 2. make the 8 pin connector down to 4 pin with adaptor and plug into the 4 pin above the 24 pin on MB . makes 34 amps to MB ? this if i wont 17 amps to mb only and have a 2x 12 rails setting around doing nothing 1. plug in the 24 pin to MB plz post likt steps 1 and step2 etc so i dont get confused and thx for the post all rdy 8D. what is the 24 pin does that have 12v line on it ? does just pluging that mean getting 12v 17 amps ? ans what is the 4 pin above the 24 pin ? surple power also ? . I also see what looks like big white plug near the nf4 chip fan whats that used for ?

Just need info on how to plug in this 850 SSI to max the OC on me 4000 sandy, I have old 20 pin board and ic more plugs on this new MB . reason i not sure but if u seen the PSU has ton cables,the 12v lines are 17 amps i wont combined 2 of them make 30 amps on cpu if can be done.
