The performance you get from SLI is Not worth the extra money, plus most of the older games dont support it. The only boost you get really would be benchmarking if im not mistaken. I would buy the FX-55, im sure anyone that has SLI would probably agree.

In the price it would take to pick up 2 6800 Ultra's, Id just buy a 7800GT, I think SLI is kind of overrated.... -
