  1. I never installed that from the start. For some reason this only happens once in awhile but right now it seems like its here to stay. looks like a good ol format is coming...
  2. sounds like I am having the reverse problem to you. doesnt always boot into windows
  3. Havent been here in a long time, I guess that could be a good thing. But I am kinda stumped right now. Here is the problem; it doenst boot into windows. This seems to only happen when my computer has been on or completely off for +24 hours. But usually if I wait for a couple hours after trying it will boot up again. Or if I keep restarting. I can get into safe mode no problem. I plan on formatting if no else has any experience with this problem. My system is the AMD in the sig. thanks
  4. if it runs ok at stock, then try testing one stick at a time. you might have a bad stick then, happened to me.
  5. I hear ya...like 2 days ago my router got fried....it was in a regular wall outlet. My PC is hooked through APC Surge Protector and it was safe. But my monitor and Cable Modem were all in a regular outlet and luckily none of that got damaged. But now I put everything I could through the APC.

  8. ok, so my dad brought home the Linksys WRT54GS. I am on it right now and have done nothing to the settings. Is there any tips I should do? Also any suggestions on a PCI or USB Adapter? Was looking at these. D-Link DWL-G520 High-Speed 2.4GHz for PCI Netgear WG111TNA for USB The netgear is like $30 more. Do they differ that much in performace from USB to PCI? thx.
