fanATIc1205 Yes. I found the jumper. It was an open/close jumper. I pulled the jumper off whick opened it and I have the correct fequency for the 166 fsb. The multiplier is at 11.5 and I have a bandwidth of 19.and change. Thanks all.

Hi, I have dual channel capable main board with a 333 fsb and xp2500 processor. I have only 1 stick of ddr 2700 in place on the board. I have the multiplier at 12.5 and the fsb set for 166. The internal clock is only showing 1.2 ghz on wcpuid. Is this low speed a direct result of having only 1 stick of memory? Thanks

I don't smoke weed, I have but don't. It has nothing to do with it being illegal I just dont like the effect it has on me. I like to drink alcohol. I think it is absurd for weed to be illegal, it really is no different than alcohol in a drug sort of sense. To spend tax dollars to imprison people for smoking joints and selling weed is just wrong. The drug war is a big joke(or the big payoff) . Imagine spending time in Jail with murderers and rapists for selling a pound of dope. It is silly beyond any reasoning. Mom and pop are just afraid of what they dont know and have been pumped full of BS. I dont agree that the government should be growing it, but only to allow the freedom we have with alcohol and let those poor bastards out of jail.

Hi I am working on a web site and I would like to place cgi-script "guestbook" into one of the pages. There are just a few things that elude me. I have read and searched till my head hurt and my eyes burned. These are variables that have to be changed in the "guestbook.pl" file. ------------------------------ This is the address to the system location of the "guestbook.html" file. guestbookreal="/home/yourname/public_html/guestbook.html"; Where exactly is "home"? What and where is the "public_html"? ------------------------------ date_command= "usr/bin/date"; What is this? ------------------------------ I also need to upload this guestbook.pl file to the cgi.bin on my host server. My host server for this particular site is "Prodigy". I am using WS_FTP95 to upload all my other files but I don't have a clue on getting the script into this "cgi.bin" on the server. Any assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Depends abit on OS. Win Xp will suck the resource, it is recommended that you have a minumum of 512 for that. On top of the OS you will have memory hungry games. I would go for the most I could get.

I have 7 icons on my desktop. After that I clean up periodically. it gets too cluttered and it boots faster with less. I put all my web stuff in the start menu and it is just a click away.

I think the Death Penalty is very appropriate in cases where the defendant is guilty. In the US we have what is called first degree murder, meaning premeditated, and has to be proven beyond a shadow of a doubt. It makes me sick and angry when I see someone found guilty of first degree murder with circumstantial evidence. But it happens all the time. Some cases you later find out that there was evidence that the prosecutors could not use that left no doubt, but they were convicted on circumstantial evidence, great got the slime!!. But what about the poor bastard that just looks guilty and is convicted the same way. They dont want me as a juror, cause there would probably be allot more murderers on the street but NOT ONE innocent person in jail. God forbid I am at the wrong place at the wrong time.

Now they have brought the war here,to NY, to our soil. I cant and wont stomach that, I was a participant in the first US gulf war and I would do it again in a NY minute. They are and will pay for that.
