  1. UPDATE:Been tunning and playing with the refrigerant pressures...lookie see this one!:]
  2. I just dropped the leads to my multi meter into the res and it shows no conductivity...after I lifted them off the bottom of the copper reservior...lol
  3. Right on... No doubt, huh!, I am so wishing I had a 939DFInf4 and an FX55...but then, I'd prolly need a couple, one to see what the absolute top end was ...and one to run just under that...lmaooo I do have a nF3 ut, a pair of sempr0n3100's and my DTR3400, Now if I can get the OCZ reps attention, maybe he's got a single 512 "loaner" I can let her RIP with...Zennz
  4. No Problem it is a new coolant offered by the good ol boyz at DangerDen...it's still liquid all the way to -40C or F 21.99 per quart, I use 4 of them in this system... http://www.dangerdenstore.com/product.php?...43&cat=0&page=1
  5. The lowest temp I have got in the coolant so far -43.6C...I'm in the process of insulating the Mobo now ....I got my vid card done...we'll [email protected] the MCT-40 gets real slow...
  6. close up...MCT-40/Laing 12DD4/TYGON/@-43C
  7. And after a final tune of the charge we reach a coolant temp that surpassed the evaporator temp that the system was engineered for... ...now THAT'S what I'm saying -43.6C
  8. first run through the charging process... and here we go...
  9. I got my recovery gear and my R408a in finally... After a 3x evacuation to rid the system of any moisture,we were ready to put the gas to her...
  10. Thankz Guys... The process is very simple actually...it is the very same thing that keeps the fridge cold and the air from an A/C unit cold. I would consider building for a fellow enthusiast, as long as they understand how critical condesation managment is. Any time you cool below ambient, you have to take precautions for condensation. It's really not that hard, just has to be done.
  11. Well after the holiday rush I got some time to finnish the cooling beast...She's being vaccuumed down now then I'll be able to gas it up and start chilling the new Dangerden prototype coolant.
  12. The very same pump will vary system to system. Every block and fitting will add to the resistance to the flow.Typically if you use an Impingent style block like a TDX from DangerDen, you want to start with a 300gph pump. A common misconception is that the more flow the better, however there is a point where the coolant has to spend time in the radiator to have the heat taken off and a sufficient amount of time in the block to do it's job at taking heat off the CPU. Turbulence within the block has proven to be more effective at pulling heat than massive flow.
