I hear ya, I'm an old P4 user too but these boards are quite different, finding that loser timing is key to higher FSB

Have you tried relaxing the timing, I know it passed memtest but once it boots to windows, the NF3 chip is now handling more instuctions than in DOS. Just my 2 cents.
