go for a ECS K7s5a nice board for the buck ( accepts DDR and sdram pc 133)and also get a new tower cause your old connectors from the board wont fit unless you customize it Good luck

yes clean it off good (aQtip and alcohol)so when you place the heatsink you get a nice flat contact , make sure you apply new thermal compound , like artic silver 3, unless your new heatsink has thermal tape on it already
