To start it off im new to the forums. i jus made the account but i have been coming here n just glancing at posts without posting n stuff.
ne ways i drive a 03 Dodge Stratus its the 2 door COUPE 3.0L 200Hp. I stress the Coupe part cuz most people don't understand that there is a major difference between the 2 doors and the 4 doors. Parts/Looks etc. I believe its the same engine as the 04 mitsu Eclipses had the v6s. My car is like 0-60 around 7ish seconds. once its drivin it provides a pretty decent kick. I race my friends Altima 3.5 all the time n he jus schools me to 60 but on the highway i sometimes slowly pass him up goin at the high speeds depends on ur lane changin on the highway to tho.
so for the stratus i wanna kinda quicken it up to 60 ive been lookin at performance parts for it and there arent many options since this car is fairly rare and not seen around much. I was looking at the AEM Cold air Intake vs. the Injen Intake. Could someone tell me which 1 would be better to get. The price range is like 10 or so bucks difference but which 1 will provide me with the most power etc. Also I was thinking bout getting a EMS chip for it. Not sure what else so maybe some1 cud direct me in some way to helpin me spice up the car. Other than that for eye candy i might jus lower it a little n tint the windows.
How much would that AEM Intake give me hp. Anyone actually drive a stratus, maybe im lucky and someone actually has this car on the forums lol. What kinda difference would I get.
One more thing since it is the same engine (If it is) as the eclipse could i also search Mitsubishi Eclipse aftermarket parts as well for the dodge? Or no.
