  6. hi all i was messing around with CPUZ and spotted that my 2 gig of DDR 2 800 was being recognised as DDR2 400?? so i messed around and put in a stick of DDR 533 and it only recoginsed as roughly half of what it should. I began to think that theis was a problem with CPUZ so i re-downloaded it, same prob (was very confused by this time). so i downloaded PC wizard 2006 and the same thing happeded now i thought this might be a thing with dual core systems so as i own a pc store i tried it on a semphron 3000+ AM2, same deal so i tried it on a dell with a core duo same thing, in despiration for a reason i tried it in a 939 with 512 MB of ddr 400....... wait for it ......... ir picked up as 200 MHZ here is the memory part of PC Wizard 2006 on the 939 system >> Memory Information Type : DDR-SDRAM PC3200 Frequency : 200 MHz FSB/RAM Multiplier : CPU/9x Supported Channels : Dual (128-bit) Activated Channels : Single ECC Diagnostic : No CAS Latency (tCL) : 3 clocks RAS to CAS (tRCD) : 3 clocks RAS Precharge (tRP) : 3 clocks Cycle Time (tRAS) : 8 clocks Bank Cycle Time (tRC) : 11 clocks DRAM Idle Timer : 16 clocks Shared Memory (video) : Yes i am not sure if this is right and i am very confused any help will be greatly appreciated thx solice PS: attached id the whole txt file from pc wizard 2006 on the 939 pc_wizard_2006_report_939.TXT
