I bought a new HP laptop (Windows 10) from the HP store, I'm in the UK, I haven't accepted the EULA yet. Am I able to claim a refund of the Windows tax? I wasn't given any option App Lockof choosing Linux or no OS when I bought it and now I 7Zipam being asked to accept the EULA so I feel this is the time to exercise my consumer rights. Mini Militia
