Replace CMOS battery without losing settings?

It's brains over brawn: 1 Flip working computer on a side, so that MB is level. 2 Use a piece of transparent packing tape (stronger than Scotch) to hold in place/ pull-out old battery. Use plastic or wooden (bamboo) board to open the lock. 3 Sliding the new one in is easy - Just do not mix "+" and "-".
