What speed are you running your ram at? Back it down to about 1600mhz and see if that helps any. I don't think it will help, but at least rule out your memory. Also try running only 2 sticks of ram, I have had AMD chips that didn't like running more than 2 dimms. Maybe try to underclock your CPU until you find a point where it is stable and then try to bring it back up to regular speeds.
