  1. Thanks. I've already contacted Bawls... OK, Epox is out (I've never used one, but have heard they are good OC'ers). Free shipping with min PO would be 2 or 3-day select. I think I can offer free ground across the board. After I posted, I, too, envisioned an avalanche of AS3 crushing loyal customers... so it has changed to a choice of different accessories for free (maybe polled monthly to offer variety?) About Linux... Maybe dedicated page to downloads... To be completely honest, I just want to promote it to spite M$... I'm partial to z560's... I was thinking Logitech and M$ for input devices... I'll look into quality cabling... Oh, I was wondering what you guys are getting for Bawls pricing...
  2. Oh, and turn-around time will be 2-day to process including day the order was taken (if before 11am EST) plus shipping time. Expected turnaround will be 3-5 days for components and accessories...
  3. Thanks for the input... I'm working with a water-cooling & pelts manufacturer on pricing and kits will be considerably less than $200. Still working on finding quality CCFs at reasonable prices. I've included Abit, Asus, and Gigabyte mobos... (What about Epox?). ATI 9000pro 128mb, 9700 128mb, Visiontek GeForce4 Ti 4200-4600 vid cards... I'm considering offering the whole lot of components. As savvy buyers, would you be turned off from "superstore" types?...or would you rather have the convenience of one-stop shopping? I am working on free shipping...maybe with minimum PO. How about a discount program where you earn points redeemable for express shipping, components, or credits toward future purchases? Also, I want to offer weekly specials based on polls generated from site. As for the Arctic Silver III...how about free tube with minimum PO? Is there interest for preconfigured / barebones systems? Also, anyone have feedback on software? I can offer OEM versions of Microsoft and Symantec. Anyone interested in Linux or Lindows? How about games? Thanks, again for everyones' responses. Please keep them coming...
  4. Thanks for the input. Sorry for double posting. I'm looking into water cooling and lighting pricing. I can do Arctic Silver III for $5. LCD's are going to be tough, but I'm going out to Korea in a couple weeks and meeting with Samsung and KDS...maybe something will work out. About Cases: I was thinking about Lian-Li, Coolermaster, and Antec... Power Supplies: Enermax What does everyone think about Asus and Gigabyte mobos? I've seen other sites where they'll sell an OEM cpu w/ 30 day warranty; then charge extra for a 3-year warranty...I'm considering selling only "retail boxed" cpu's (the pricing difference isn't really that much vs. OEM and the 3-year warranty is included) Memory: Mushkin Video: ATI Radeon 9000pro & 9700... any recommendations for Nvidia cards? Again thanks for the responses. Please keep them coming.
  5. All: I am starting an e-store and am trying to gather info on which products I should sell, so here's a few questions: Are there any products I should avoid? Antec vs. Thermaltake? Market for Arctic Silver III? I am getting very aggressive pricing on Thermaltake, Globalwin, Alpha, Zalman, and Thermal Integration products...Is there a general consensus on popularity? Finally, are there any products overpriced by other stores that you would like to see discounted? Any input will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
  6. i've got a thermaltake dragon orb1 @ ~6700rpm and a dr.thermal v86N @ ~6800rpm that i want to sell.
