I have the DFI LanParty SLI-DR motherboard...and i have some odd readings for temps...My system temp is my concern and i was wandering where abouts on my board this is being read from! These readings are from a moderate load.

ok i have two hard drives one is an IDE and one is a SATA Windows XP is installed on my SATA drive & Debian (64) is on my IDE drive Is it possible to see my SATA drive which has windowz on it wen i've booted into Linux? and... how can i set things up whereby i get a choice at boot up as to wat drive i boot from.... at the moment i have to go into my BIOS and change the priorty of boot with my drives. and finally! pretty radom question and i doubt anyone will know the answer! My 6800GTs Fan is really fast and loud during boot up. when i go into Windowz it slows down and is nice and quiet....ish....but wen i go into debian its on its constant loud speed and is very irritating! can i stop it from being soo loud! ty Graham

Ok heres the problem...... I have two HDD. One is a SATA using NTFS and the other is an IDE drive using FAT32. I have some important work and files stored on the IDE drive and i would like to quite simply copy them onto the SATA drive.....the only problem is when i try my new drive just completely messes up...and it needs a complete new reformat!. Is it impossible to transfer my files from an IDE FAT32 to a SATA NTFS? oh and i boot from the SATA NTFS drive

My cooler is a gigabyte air cooler.....but it runs using heat pipe technology. it has really impressed me!.....soo much so i thought it was odd having such low temperatures!

I am using software supplied by DFI...and infact i actually havent had a look in my BIOS...thanks lol. erm i definitly thought there was something wrong myself...kinda was hoping that someone might have had the same strange readings! luckily they are safe....just not very convincing. i will try flashing my BIOS...as much as i hate doing so

AMD 64 3200 DFI LanParty SLi-D Corsair XMS 3200 Dual - 1GB Hiper Modular PSU 580W XFX GeForce 6600GT 256MB Maxtor 160GB HDD Serial ATA Gigabyte GPower CPU cooler I was just wandering if anyone can spot and conflicts there! I am worried wether the Gigabyte HSF will fit on the DFI board...even tho the socket is located in the middle...its a big ol' fan lol.
