Yeah, we all know the 7800 is the king right now....on PCIe. You can't get an AGP 7800 though.

I'm a member of a game modding forum that was attacked last night. The general consensus there is that it was an "inside" job from a former moderator. I know about tracing his IP and all that, but what can we do? I don't think they want him arrested, just want him to squirm...

You're noticing is what Alienware is banking on. Giving the show free laptops is VASTLY less expensive than actually paying for advertising.

I know I'm a bit late now, but the Zalman's DO have a micrphone available separately. That's part of the reason I said they're a little pricey...because it's separate or comes as part of a package. Looks like someone doesn't research their materials before posting...

You have PC3200 right? I don't know about that, but my Ballistix PC4000 has seen 295Mhz. so, I'd think 230Mhz 1:1 would be doable. IT doesn't tend to like a lot of voltage though. Mine likes 1.55-1.6V. Any more than that and it weird things can start to happen. But you shouldn't really damage it until 1.7+. Also, try a divider. With a 5:4, you could get your FSB to 250Mhz(if your chip will do it) and have the RAm running at 200Mhz. That's what I did with my old 2.6/HyperX PC3200. On a 5:4 div, I could run 250Mhz FSb all day. At 1:1, it wouldn't go over 217Mhz.

Hey Wrath, I actually did this mod to my XBOX. I lapped the heatsink, and added AS5 as well. But, The XBOX fan is only 7V. Instead of cutting the box and fan up, rewire the OEM fan for 12V. It's a lot easier. Click ME!!! BUT, I also have to say, that after I did this, my XBOX started not to run so well. The mods to the HS seemed to work so well , the fan couldn't keep up. Needless to say that over a period of a few months, that XBOX ended up dying. And that whole time it started acting strangely..kinda like a PC that's running too hot, ya know?

Man, I'm sooo glad you posted this, I have an IC7G and I was seriously considering this relay. On second thought, I think I'll just plug my pump in directly to the wall for now.... Sorry about your loss man, that sucks BAD...

It's even higher than the 250Mhz cpu OC/stock card 3DM03 run. I'm gonna slowly take 'er up a little more tonight, then I gotta go play some! -EDIT- The cpu was NOT at stock. It was still at 235Mhz(3.5Ghz) from yesterday's runs. The card WAS at stock(270/1000). Sorry. Still using 76.44 drivers though. BUT, I did bump the cpu up to 3.6Ghz and the card to 280/1050...here's what it came up with. I'm happy so far. I'll reserve too much excitement 'til it gets back up to Ultra speeds. But I would say it was all in the drivers. I think I'm gonna mess with it a little beforeI try the flash again.

How bout THIS one...highest score yet. Guess what, it's all at stock with the new 76.44 drivers....go figure

Yeah, I expected it to at least break 12000 <_< All the driver options are set right. I AM using the 66.93 drivers cause the 71.xx drivers SUCKED A$$ on this card. After installing the 71.xx's, my temps jumped about 12C, framerates dropped significantly, and overall performance was just crap. But, I haven't tried any of the new 74.xx's yet. That's next on the list. BTW, anyone know why I'm getting those errors when I attempt to flash? I'm just stumped.

I like the Zalman Surround headphones. But they're a little on the pricey side.

I totally plan on flashing it once I get the errors figured out. Overclocking to Ultra speeds just didn't yield the #'s I was expecting.
