The trouble is, you can't change cluster size in windows, if you do you'll get an "error loading operating system" message at bootup.

 

I know you can with XP SP1, the thing is I'm using x64, there is only one version of that and it behaves like XP SP2 (wont load after changing cluster size)

 

and I'm currently on a 4-1 ration anyway? 164

 

Or did you mean a higher ratio is better - like 644 would be good? although I'm guessing u didn't
