BloodyWolf Posted July 18, 2003 Posted July 18, 2003 Ok guys, it's time to upgrade my system! I'm currently running a AMD XP 2200 on a SOLTEK motherboard. The last few boards I've bought have been above average or high end. The main thing I look for in a mobo is stability. I'm not an overclocker until the "End of the Life" cycle comes around... then I begin to push my system. Right now I'm looking at 3 motherboards: MSI i875P Neo-LSR - http://www.msicomputer.com/product/detail_...el=875P_NEO-LSR ABIT i875P IC7 - http://www.abit-usa.com/products/mb/techsp...ories=1&model=5 GIGABYTE GA-8IK1100 - http://www.giga-byte.com/MotherBoard/Produ..._GA-8IK1100.htm Why these boards? Because out of every review I've read, they've ranked in the Top 4 "AND" they were stable before and during overclocking. I'm planning on buying 2 X 512meg Mushkin DDR 3200 2-2-2 DIMMS for even more stability.... Do any of you guys own either of the three? What's your experience with them? This will be the first Intel system I've built in 3 years.....
