AndrewZorn Posted July 27, 2005 Posted July 27, 2005 on the SLI-DR? I don't even want one in my computer, I know Legacy blah blah, but can I use USB floppy emulation or something?
Guest Tmod Posted July 27, 2005 Posted July 27, 2005 Well you could always place the files on the hard drive and using a boot disk execute the flash from there. Or you could use Winflash. Or you could use a bootable cdrom image with the files on it. Or you could use a bootable USB device for the flashing. Several choices all without the use of a floppy. Smoken Joe Posted July 29, 2005 Posted July 29, 2005 I HATE floppys but I have one and I have another on the way. Even if you dont want it in the computer they are usefull and better when you have a serious problem you need to fix.

AndrewZorn Posted July 30, 2005 Posted July 30, 2005 you can format the drive to boot (google for a program) and then just set the priority and it acts as C:
