They sent me a brand new chip out for free, pre-flashed, which i recieved within about 2 days. Same with my emails, i got replies within minutes. Thats why i can't understand why some of these other guys who post in the Ask DFI forum have so many issues contacting them... Maybe its because they only officialy support ppl in the UK, France & Germany? Everyone else has to RMA through their reseller... But then again, that guy was from Belgium...
