VeXun_#1 Posted July 10, 2003 Posted July 10, 2003 my friend has a p4 1.4 ghz 256 RD pc 800 ram geforce 4 ti 4200 64mb version... his 3dmark 2001 se test scores are 8000 with default settings, look at my signature, those are my computers specs, MUCH MUCH Better then what my friend has, And i get like 8100 for my score, i get 100 pts better?! thats insane, shouldnt I be getting much better, Im using DX 9.0 with 44.03 nvidia Drivers... andrusk Posted July 10, 2003 Posted July 10, 2003 the problem is the 4200 and the 4400 are pretty much the same thing and thats the problem your gonna run into. Even though you may have directx 9 installed, your hardware still isnt capable of taking advantage of it, thus the low 3dmark score.
