your score depends on the work you get, either a tinker core or gromicks core, gromicks get better scores if i read the page right.

synergymus, do you have a firewall? make sure port 8080 is not blocked, if so set up port fowarding for that port. also if you have cable/DSL the modems often have firewalls in them, as is the case with mine. its usualy safe to just turn them off if you have another firewall already runing in software if its a good one.

It appears they have moved their port80 sometime today or maybe yesterday.....

I'll make an announcement. Only the backup AS was moved and that is working the way it should -- these issues we're seeing here are not related. The University has been having series network issues in general and we've been working with them on this issue.

Well, I guess will just have to be patient. This happens out at Wisconsin every once in while. They've been updated the whole campus over the last few years with fiber and new routing, etc, etc. Sometimes it takes down most of Madison. Hope it gets fixed soon.

 

 

I wish I could get some work though...i've got a number of machines that will be looking for work shortly
