Guest Iceman Posted June 25, 2005 Posted June 25, 2005 First this is my setup: dfi ut sli-dr 3200 venice 0319 Lbbe ocz 2-512mb vx ocz 520w power stream. my mem alone can do 255 @ 2-2-2-8 mem test stable 16 hours plus #5 for 2 hours. my cpu can do 2500mhz but when i bring them together in 1:1 i can only get it OCCT stable at 220mhz x10 havent even tried prime because 220 might not be stable. i have an xp-90 heatsing so the cooling is never an issue my temps never went above 37c I have tried evry imaginable v-core up to 1.638 if i add more v core it unstable it becomes and i fail occt faster. my bios settings are like this: GENIE BIOS FSB - 200 LDT/FSB - 3x LDT Bus Transfer - 16/16 PCI Express - 100MHz Cool and Quiet - Disabled CPU VID Startup Value - 1.500 or1.550 no diff CPU VID Control - tried it all ! CPU VID Special Control - tried it all ! LDT Voltage Control - 1.3v Chipset Voltage Control - 1.7v DRAM Voltage Control - 3.3v and 3.5v DRAM Configuration DRAM Frequency - 200 CPC - Enable CAS Latency - 2 TRCD - 2 TRAS - 8 TRP - 2 TRC - 10 TRFC - Auto or 16 TRRD - 2 TWR - 2 TWTR - 1 TRWT - 2 TREF - 0780 TWCL - Auto DRAM Bank Interleave - Enabled DQS Skew Control - Auto DQS Skew Value - 0 DRAM Drive Strength - 8 DRAM Data Drive Strength - Level 4 Max Async Latency - 8 Read Preamble Time - 5 Idle Cycle Limit - 256 Clocks Dynamic Counter - Disable R/W Queue Bypass - 16x Bypass Max - 07x 32 Byte Granularity - Disable (8 Bursts) I had a venice 3200 0316 rev had same problem with it so i rma'd it now i got this 0319 and same! please someone helpme out i belive my setup is solid and i should do better than 220x10 im so frustrated, started 2 weeks ago! and got nowhere! Stock voltage run 220 no problem, giving 0.05V more gives me another 5Mhz. 1.5V only gives me 230FSB(2070Mhz) stable. I prefer not to use that much voltage, since 5FSB doesn't really worth pushing it.
