SirAthlon Posted June 25, 2005 Posted June 25, 2005 Hi @ all, after tweaking my bios with my settings to high i cleared my cmos but i am still receiving the message "cmos checksum error". With 'F1' i can start the default settings but i am not able to get into bios anymore. Klicking 'del' leads to a black blinking cursor. Any suggestions for gaining acces to bios again? Is there a tool to fix that problem? (Performed so far: jumper set to cmos clear, save jumper, removed system battery, unplugged all usb, hdd, cd, power devices) ¤ DFI NF4 LP UT SLI-D Bios310P ¤ 3000+64 Winchester ¤ Vapochill ¤ 2x 512mb Corsair4400C25 ¤ ¤ Enermax 525Watt PSU ¤ 1x 200gig ST3200822A ¤ ¤ Club 3D X800XL 256MB GPU470Mhz Mem570Mhz¤
