3dMark 03/05 problems with Sli: Which driver?

I finally got SLi working in the sense that I can enable it on the driver,

 

When I run 3dmark03, I can normally get all the way though the benchmark, but my scores are @6000, half of what they were before I added the second card.

 

3dmark05 crashes right after the first run of the flying ship / sea monster thing. Same thing every time, (D3derror_invalidcall),

 

I have removed all overclocks, Updated my NF4 drivers, and updated to the brandnew nvidia release driver. I also have re-installed directX, and reinstalled 3dmark 03, and 05.

 

System specs:

 

Nf4 Sli-d (Running the BIOS from the DFi website @ 3 weeks ago, 3.10 i think?)

2x 512mb OCZ VX @ 200mhz 2-2-2-8 @ 3.3v

AMD 64 4000+ everything stock

2x LeadTek 6800gt TDH @ stock speeds

PC Power and Cooling SLi 510 PSU

Windows XP sp2

Vaporchill LS cooled

 

GPU temps are @ 55 each

CPU temp is -35'C

case temp is 43'C

 

So, what am I doing wrong? What drivers work best for Sli 6800gt's? Any suggestions or help?

76.41 and 77.50 beta drivers are what I use for SLI (77.50 for sure if you play BF2)

 

i also prefer 5/10-2 for VX/BH-5 memories
