just like everyone else says, it's great. i have the ax500, never had any probs with it. i've had about 5 psu's and this one holds it's own very well. everything you hear about them is true, it's not just a name, it's quality at a good price. not to mention is looks bad butt. i highly recommend it.

My favourite feature about the PSU is the sleeved cables, make 'em easy to manage. Minor nitpick though: my Bluestorm's 12v rail was undervolting but it was pretty easy cracking it open to adjust the pot. All is well now. Thumbs up from me.

Ok I just got mine (mental note- why does UPS always wait till the last day to bring a shipment and FedEx always does there best to get it there a day early..) As you guys can probly tell my knowledge of power supplies is somewhat meager, but i did notice that most the rails are rock solid. Except the 3.3v and the VCore which fluctuate about 0.02 volts. I'm not too worried about that though. I just appreciate the piece of mind that a quality PSU provides. This lil bastard fortron is TWICE as heavy as my.. ahem... Aspire 550Watt PSU. Now I am going to get everything stable at their highest OC's and then I'm gonna go to surgery on this bad boy. I'll take some pictures of my glorious/miserable potting victory/demise for your edification/entertainment :D . It'll take me at least a week or so to gather up the parts though, Is this all stuff that Radio Shack would have or could you reccomend somewhere to get these potentiometers and such.

Ok the only thing kinda weird about this PSU is that there are vents that blow hot air into the case also. These are same vents you would find on any other PSU but (I've only owned the traditional 80mm 2 or 3 fans ones) the one 120 mm fan blows right up onto the ceiling of the PSU thus the exhaust air is pushed both out of and into the ceiling of the case. In a regular PSU there would be another fan probly an 80mm drawing the air out of the case through the back. Its not serious- Nothing a blowhole can't handle. I just thought it was strange. Well at least it gives me another excuse to break out the dremel. I'm just glad I didn't paint this bad boy in april before I got the board like i planned too hehe.
