memory suggestions? for DFI LP nF4 SLI-DR

Looking for your input on this memory:

will this work well on my board?

 

just want to make sure. I have mobo and mem in my shopping cart at newegg as we speak. but want to make sure this will work on my board nicely?

 

or do you suggest something else?

Not to sour you to that memory... but there have been some reports of people having cold boot issues and/or memory death with it. You may want to find the thread about these issues.

Having said that, there are other people out there who are running just fine with this memory and are enjoying it very much. I just thought you might like to know as much as you can before you click the "Confirm Order" button.

You will not have to fool with worrying about huge voltages to ~3.5Volts if you get this instead and you may have more hair left on your head.

 

A much much better choice if you have read the problems as yet un-resolved and in fact 'cause' unknown' with using UTT based memory on the DFI NF4 in 4.0Volt jumper mode.

That memory there has gotten more people out of trouble and camping happily than any memory known to date. YMMV.

well, Angry_Games is having to update the BIOS for me, and is testing out the mobo and RAM (he has the RAM too). so if he gets it working with the RAM, then I'll get the PC4000 RAM ?

 

guess ill buy mobo for now and do some more research in mean time, since I got time anyways
