hi i have a lanparty UT 915p-t12 and i noticed that while using linux i could reboot but not turn off my computer.

i dont know if this effects the latest bios because it was realy annoying and caused me to switch back to windows (witch then i updated the bios and havent checked back yet.)

anyways the info on the dfi site didnt say anything about fixing the acpi problem in the notes so i was hoping if anyone can tell me if it has been fixed.

Have you done the following:

1. Disabled PCI Express PME

2. Disabled ACPI function

3. Set Power Management to User Defined

4. Set Video Off Method to DPMS

5. Set DPMS in the O/S to 'User Defined'.

6. Set Wakeup by PCI Card to Disabled

7. Set Power On by Ring to Disabled

8. Set USB KB Wakeup from S3 to Disabled

9. Set Resume by Alarm to Disabled
